“I’ve found event lighting photography to be the most rewarding. Each one of these events has unique challenges, one of the primary challenges is taking photos during an event with guests present.

I’m there to get images of the lighting, not necessarily the faces of the guests. In the case of the Edison bulbs with the couple in the background, I wanted to capture how the lighting really accentuated this special moment but avoid getting their faces in the photo. It just so happened they were standing in the perfect spot to grab the shot.
